Windows 10: My Power Usage on Task Manger is Very high on chrome and other games and my screen turns on...

My Screen has been turning on and off lately. I suspect a Virus but i did Virus scan throug Windows and through TotalAV but there were none. But the Problem keeps happening and the Power Usage is mostly always on very high and GPU is on 100% in Forza Horizon 5.

Yesterday i play Forza horizon 4 with medium graphics, now today,

all my Steam games is horrible lag with super low fps, and randomly freezing the games,

so annoying, My Windows have very high usage Gpu, Cpu, and power, can someone help me solve the lag problem

After downloading windows 10, anytime I run any programs, I get high CPU usage. It does not matter whether it is google chrome, task manager, playing games, whatever. Anything seems to spike the CPU usage. I have already run malwarbytes and my antivirus
programs and find no viruses. Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

"Very High" power usage in the Task Manager

Hello! Under Task Manager, under the column "Power Usage", I often get "Very High" usage for my browser and for mbam. What does "Very High" usage mean? Assuming the standard would be 35% or so for example, would it mean it's using ~80% power a browser could
normally use in certain circumstances like watching videos etc?
