Windows 10: My preactivated refurb PC got deactivated after windows 10 reinstall.

So I've had this pc for quite a while now 5 years and it was working fine until now. About 3 months ago, I have installed windows 11 on this system, but I didn't really like how it looked. So I installed windows from the media creation tool directly. When I booted into windows 10, I found out my Windows was not activated, so I bought a key from a third-party seller, no luck. And another key from a 3rd party seller, still no luck. So I tried activating my Windows with the key that came with the refurbished PC, and still... no luck. I've tried to activate my windows using Microsoft's KMS, but

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

Windows 10 pro for refurb pc

Hello. My company bought a refurb laptop Dell E6330, with a licence windows 10 pro for refurb pc´s.

We have a hard disk, a button and a motheboard problem. We decided to buy a new laptop but we want to use the licence from the dell laptop. It´s that possible? How do i proceed to use that licence?
