    Dear Microsoft,I am writing to express my deep concern about the behavior of McAfee's Malware Protection Service. Despite being a legitimate security tool, it has recently exhibited behavior that is highly concerning and reminiscent of malware.Specifically, I have experienced the following issues:Unauthorized Extension Installation: McAfee has installed a web scanning extension to my Chrome browser without my explicit consent.Forced Search Engine Change: The service has changed my default search engine to "Secure Search" against my will.Persistent Changes: Even after uninstalling McAfee, these

    McAffee and Emsisoft Anti Malware

    I personally use Emsisoft Anti-Malware and IMO it is far better than McAfee...

    If you decide to use Emsisoft, please make sure to fully uninstall McAfee with the help of their specific removal tool from this List
    of anti-malware product removal tools     before you install Emsisoft.
