Windows 10: My printer is causing my computer to behave strangely.

I do not know what actually happend at the exact moment because my brother was using my computer at that time. my screen became brighter and distorted. My monitor name changed from Display on vga to Generic non pnp monitor in screen resoloution page. I plugged everything out and turned off my monitor for a time. it was fixed. but i plugged my printer and monitor became bad again. i investigated it further and i got these points.It behaves bad when the printer's data cable is plugged into the cput and the printers power cord is plugged into wall outlet.It happens even when the wall outlet swit

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
• Locate the printer driver and uninstall it.
• Restart the computer.
