    My printer prints in all black or pink. What should I do?


    All of the colors are half full with the original ink it came with except black It's completely full. I've tried every single function from hp print and scan doctor program. I also took a pic to show the difference on what it should be and what it is.

    Printer only prints pink?

    I had a canon printer and one day it just started printing only in pinks. So, I bought a brand new Epson printer WF-2760, it started printing fine when I copied but when I try to print from the internet it only prints in pink shades as well. Any thoughts
    on how to solve this? I have a lap top Samsung with windows 10. ??? Ugh!!!!

    Print to PDF missing in Printer List

    Hi William,

    We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

    • Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
    • Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
    • On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
      OK to save changes.
    • Restart your PC.
    • Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.
