Windows 10: my printer

Discus and support my printer in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; my printer will not shut off by pressing the button automatically it is stuck on photo paper will not let me change that and in the status inquiry it...     my printer will not shut off by pressing the button automatically it is stuck on photo paper will not let me change that and in the status inquiry it keeps showing that it is printing and it is not doing anything! tried resetting it and still it comes back on with the light on in photo paper; there is no jam and i can't take ink cartridges out because the printer will not move or do anything; this has got me so disgusted!!! does someone know how to fix this problem?
