    My old PC just died a couple weeks ago. I'm replaced it with a new computer that has Windows 11 Pro on it. The old computer also was Windows Pro.But in my Microsoft account I cannot find the old computer by name. And since the one that replaced it has the same IP Address, I wonder if my Microsoft account has renamed/replaced the old one with the new one.But now I've lost a license I've paid for for Pro that I cannot seem to use to activate on another computer.Please advise.

    Transferring Windows 10 Pro license to a new computer

    I built a new computer. The old one died. I have a license for a fill Windows 10 Pro install that I want to transfer to my new computer. I'm getting the error that this license is already in use on another computer.

    How do I solve this?
