Windows 10: My pro controller is not able to be removed from my Bluetooth page.

I did everything in device manger. I went to multiple different forms and tried about ten different solutions including going into my Windows services and Bluetooth registry I cannot get rid of the pro controller no matter what I do if I turn it on it connects to my pc on the pc side, but the controller does nothing and does not indicate it has been connected

Device might be located in other devices if it is not installed properly or Windows is not able to detect the device type. Please try the steps mentioned below to check if that helps:



Method 1: Remove the device.

1. Open Settings (windows Key + I).
   
2. Then click on Devices.
   
3. Then click on Bluetooth and other devices.
   
4. Then click on the Controller and then click on
   Remove.
   

Method 2: Reset the device drivers.

1. Open Device manager (right click on start button and then on device manager).
   
2. Then expand the Bluetooth device sections and uninstall the controller drivers.
   
3. Also check for any hidden controller drivers. To check hidden device drivers, please click on
   View and then click on Show hidden devices.
   
4. Then restart your computer and check.
   

Please add the device again once your Computer reboots.

Usually you are able to play music from your phone on your Computer. You will need to pair the phone first and if A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) support is available on the phone, it will show an option to Play
Music under Audio and Video operation section. Click on the link to activate the control. To check the options, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Open Control panel (by searching it on start menu).
   
2. Then click on Devices.
   
3. Right click on the phone which is already paired. If the phone is not paired (not connected via Bluetooth), please pair it.
   
4. Then click on Bluetooth
   Operations.
   
5. You should be able to view all the Bluetooth Device Operations and Settings.
