Windows 10: My problem is Event ID 10016 with D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160 and...

May Event Log fills up with 100's of 10016s. I have tried many solutions & hours , e.g. changing permissions, on the web & YouTube without success. Apparent many others have suffered from exactly the same CLSID & APPID problem. Is there a fix? My W10 system is up-to-date!

Wrote this a while ago. The article is pretty straight forward however the comments are useful

 

Error 2181038087-5 on Mixed Reality Portal and Distributed COM error on event viewer ( D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160 )

Everytime I start the computer, Mixed Reality Portal throws the 2181038087-5 error. I did a bit searching and checking the Event Viewer ,i see at the end of the post.

Again a bit searching led me to this solution.

I applied the solution step by step , there are two Runbroker , the first one (15c20b67-12e7-4bb6-92bb-7aff07997402) throws another error and doesnt let me change the security settings. Other than that all other steps worked fine.

Nothing changed still everytime i start the computer HP Mixed Reality Set doesn't work unless i disconnect the cable and reconnect. Also there is a problem with installing AMD graphics drivers (for AMD R290 gpu) which maybe related to this error.

Any ideas? Solutions?

Event id 10016 runtime broker

My system is fully up to date but I still have these event 10016 errors - 53 in the last 7 days. Some have CLSID {D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160} and some have CLSID {C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}. I haven't noticed any problems as a result
of these errors so, unless anyone knows otherwise, I'm leaving things as they are.
