Windows 10: My product key is active but still not able to use office

Why my product key isn't recognised it's showing active but still not able to use office. I recently purchased a new laptop and what is the use of it if i can't use office pls do something about this

What is an "ACTIVATION KEY CARD" for Office 2013 ?

ok MisterEd, My screenshot below shows what you directed me to.

I then entered the Product key and it took me to the next screen.



Am I going to have to do this each time I use new app in Office 2013 ? Such as Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher etc ?

 

MS Office 2007 no more activated...

I contacted a support manager and the situation is:

1. With all my hardware modifications, I reached the limit number of activation (8).
2. Microsoft is no more capable to force a new activation.
3. They suggested me to uninstall and reinstall Office in order to redo an activation.

This last point is not good for me because of the time required, specially with the online updates.
May be, I have only to delete the product key into the registry but Microsoft is not able to confirm.
Do you have an idea before I try to crack it?
