Windows 10: My product key isnt working Windows 11

I bought a pc and there was "customer information form" in rich text document. It says "Since Windows 11 electronic license is installed on the systems via our enterprise's server, so no physical keys are sent. It is written to the bios of your motherboard." But I cant see it anywhere in my Gigabyte UEFI or COA. I can only see my partial product key in windows script host and in system>activation. Can you guys guide me?

I just bought windows 10 and my product key isnt working, for some reason i cant contact Microsoft i have tried

 

Product Key not working

Just bought a product key for windows 10 home for my computer and it wont recognise it. Ive wipped the computer to get rid of windows 10 pro. Im not sure why the product key i jave isnt working.

Any suggestions at all will be greatly appreciated!!

Here are the steps to reactivate Windows 11:

1. Open Settings:
   
   • Click on the Start button and select the gear icon to open "Settings."
     
2. Navigate to Update & Security:
   
   • In the Settings menu, click on "Update & Security."
     
3. Go to Activation:
   
   • In the left sidebar, select "Activation."
     
4. Enter Product Key:
   
   • If you have a product key, click on "Change product key" and enter the key when prompted.
     
5. Use Digital License:
   
   • If your Windows 11 was linked to your Microsoft account, you might see an option to troubleshoot and link your digital license. Click on this option and follow the prompts.
     
6. Restart Your Computer:
   
   • After entering the product key or linking your digital license, restart your computer.
     
7. Verification:
   
   • Go back to the Activation section in Settings to verify that Windows 11 is now activated.
