Windows 10: My product key isnt working Windows 11

I bought a pc and there was "customer information form". It says "Since Windows 11 DIGITAL LICENSE is installed on the systems via our enterprise's server, no physical keys are sent. It is written to the bios of your motherboard. But there was nowhere to see or find it. Theres was just last 5 digits were seen as "partial product key" and thats all. So I located my product key via "ShowKeyPlus" and it says on bottom: "Default Key - requires a Digital License for activation." And it says on System>Activation: "We can't activate Windows on this device as we can't connect to your organization's

I just bought windows 10 and my product key isnt working, for some reason i cant contact Microsoft i have tried

 

Product Key not working

Just bought a product key for windows 10 home for my computer and it wont recognise it. Ive wipped the computer to get rid of windows 10 pro. Im not sure why the product key i jave isnt working.

Any suggestions at all will be greatly appreciated!!
