Windows 10: My Proxy Settings keep reseting themselves

My Proxy Settings doesn't change. After unchecking my Proxy option in the settings and closing the setting app, the apps I want to use does not open ie: Microsoft Edge, Steam and Microsoft Teams. I have also tried changing proxy settings through LAN setting in Internet Properties, it still didn't work. After Refreshing For this, I need Technical assistance.Thank You

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app and then navigate to option
  Network & Internet then select Proxy.
• Toggle the option Automatically detect settings to
  ON.
• Toggle the option Use a proxy server to OFF.
