Windows 10: My ps4 controller doesn't show hid compliant game controller anymore

I use a ps4 controller to play games on my pc and I use ds4windows 2 nights ago I was trying to play batman arkham asylum but it couldn't recognize the controller so I tried scp toolkit and x360 but it still didn't work. The next morning I realized that my pc doesn't recognize the controller anymore and I noticed that hid compliant game controller driver doesn't show anymore

Hid Compliant game controller drivers

Hello i was trying to fix something with a ps4 controller not working with my computer and i accidentally delted the Hid compliant game controller driver and now it seems that windows wont recognize the controller anymore is there a way to download the
driver again or something im on a recently installed windows 10 so i can still revert to windows seven but i dont know if that would help or not

I've been searching for 3 days now and can't find anything in my Device Manager named HID-compliant Game Controller. I am attempting to use a ps4 controller and have previously gotten it to work, but suddenly it just doesn't recognize it. It only glows
orange as if its charging

HID compliant game controller driver is gone

I noticed my ps4 controller wasnt connecting to ds4 windows so i checked my drivers and noticed that hid compliant game controller was hidden so i uninstalled it and now i cant reinstall it and my controller doesnt work without it please help
