In app purchase error

Hi,

I bought my little boy a package of items for this app.

After I made the purchase, I received an error message saying the purchase could not be completed. The only option available was "cancel order" which I selected.

However, I was billed for the purchase.

We have waited and checked back on the game several times but still, the weapons and other items have not been added to his inventory.

When I try to query or cancel the order in the store it tells me I have no orders.
