Windows 10: My Purchased Apps From Windows 10 Did Not Show Up In Windows 11 Pro.

I got a new Mini PC and had my old PC that has Windows 10 discontinued and wipe everything out and had it recycled.Now, when I checked my library list in Microsoft Store with same account- I only find my newly installed apps for Windows 11 are, not only listed, but installed.But I cannot find any purchased apps from Windows 10 in my library list. Thought that Windows is AN ECOSYSTEM?How do I find them and retrieve them back to my account in Windows 11???Thank you very much and Happy Computing/Gaming!!!Stay cool under hot weather!!!

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
