Windows 10: My question mark in not working, it types a plus+ symbol.

I have an HP elitebook laptop. When I try typing a question mark ? the plus symbol + appears, whether I'm pressing shift or not, and when I press fn it types a bar /.

Hello. My question mark key is not working, when I press it, it appears the plus (+) symbol instead. And the slash / appears only if I press the fn key.

Another weird thing is that when I click on the language bar appears more two options? QAA Unknown Locale US keyboard and also QAB Unknown Locale Portuguese keyboard. But I didn`t installed those two. My language is Portuguese Brazil.

 

Can't type a question mark

I am unable to type a question mark on my computer. The problem is not the shift key, since I am able to use it for secondary functions on all other keys. For example, 1 and ! , 2 and " etc.

I'm also unable to type a question mark using the on-screen keyboard.

Finally, I've checked that my keyboard layout is set to English UK. The problem is not that another key types instead of a question mark, just that nothing types at all. Press the forward key: / = perfect. Hold down shift and press it: nothing.

It doesn't work with any software - Word, internet browser, etc.

Using Windows 10 (and no, it didn't work with 8.1 either).

Any ideas? (<- yeah, I had to copy and paste that question mark)
