my RAM usage goes through the roof when I use the "Remote Desktop" app. On my old computer there were no problems, with my new computer the ram usage stays and never goes away unless I restart the computer.current computer with the problems: OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631 OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation System Type x64-based PC Processor AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core Processor, 4701 Mhz, 12 Cores, 24 Logical Processors Installed Physical Memory RAM 64.0 GB Total Physical Memory 63.2 GB When I am finished with the remote session the RAM usage stays infla

Please help me with the below details to understand your issue in a better way:

1. Are you using the Microsoft remote desktop app?
   

If you are using the Microsoft remote desktop app downloaded from
Microsoft store then, I suggest you to follow the steps to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.



If the issue still persists with the Microsoft remote desktop app, then you can contact the support team by going to the

link and scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on
Microsoft remote desktop support under the Publisher info.



However, if you are using the Remote desktop connection, which comes pre-installed with Windows 10, then I suggest you to please post your question in the
TechNet forum.

• Did you receive any error message?
• Have you tried to uninstall and install Remote Desktop app?

 

Remote app for android

I recently traded in my iphone for an android, and just realized that hippo remote is iphone only. I'm looking for a similar app for android so I can use it as a remote for my htpc. Any suggestions?
