Windows 10: My Razer mouse VIPER MINI failed after driver updating

Sorry to bother you. My Razer mouse VIPER MINI failed a few days ago. The mouse can be right-clicked, but cannot be moved. I thought the mouse was malfunctioning, so I put the mouse away. After updating the Windows 11 system yesterday, I plugged in the mouse and it can be used normally. A prompt popped up in the lower right corner of the system. After updating the ViPER MINI driver, the mouse failed again. The symptoms were the same as before. And I have failed to solve this problem by uninstalling the mouse driver in the device manager or updating the official Razer driver. Is there any way y

Monitor laggy and can't keep up with the movements of my mouse.

Thank you for your suggestions!

My fps is really good, but my mouse is really laggy, especially while moving it, i don't see a noticeable issue when clicking or scrolling.

I have updated windows, razer synapse, my razer viper mini, but no help.

Could the issue be in my mouse or the software itself (razer viper mini and razer synapse 3.0)

And could reinstalling windows fix the issue?

At least 8x faster – the science behind its speed

Polling rate is the frequency at which a device reports data to the PC, with an industry standard of up to 1000Hz (1000 times a second). Razer HyperPolling Technology utilizes a high-speed USB microcontroller to surpass this standard with a true polling rate of 8000Hz. This allows the Viper 8KHz to send up to eight times more data each second, effectively reducing input delay from 1ms to just 1/8th of a millisecond.

Razer HyperPolling Technology can send more up-to-date data to better match a monitor’s faster refresh rate. As a result, the delay between the latest report and the monitor’s frame rendering is much less when compared to that of a 1000Hz polling rate, resulting in smoother and more up-to-date cursor positions.

Higher polling rates can reduce the input delay, minimizing micro-stutters and sudden jumps in the cursor position, resulting in smooth, accurate cursor movement on the screen. Razer Viper 8Khz disconnecting when wire is moved in certain spots

i recently bought a razer viper 8khz, It disconnects accasionally when i'm playing games, I can simualte the issue by moving the wire around or when I hold the mouse up in the air, but when playing games the wire moves aswell and the mouse disconnects accasionally.

I have the latest driver, I've tried it without the razer apps/synapse/cortex, I've also turned off the usb selective power setting on both battery and power.

At this point I don't know what to do. I just dropped 80€ on this mouse and razer won't refund me. i'm stuck with a broken mouse.

Any help?
