Windows 10: my realtek audio console app shows me a different driver than what i'm using

Hi,So on the console app i see this driver number: 6.0.9648.1But on the device manager i see the driver number 6.0.9715.1why is ths happening ? and can this causes me issues ? Because when i connect a bluetooth device my realtek audio driver gets code 43.

1) I would uninstall Realktek Audio Console in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart PC and then reinstall from a fresh download here:
