Windows 10: My Realtek HD Audio Driver is Missing and I can't reinstall it.

So, a few days ago, my anti-malware software deleted some stuff. I don't know how or why, but it deleted my Realtek Audio Driver too. I've tried reinstalling it, but it doesn't show up in Device Manager, I've tried to install in manually in Device Manager, but it always crashes my computer, sometimes to the point where I have to reset my computer from scratch in order to get it to work... and even THEN Realtek Audio still isn't there. What should I do? I'm so lost... Please help!

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

Everyone that post ids, need just do these steps and you will be good. I kinda tired of keep on uploading the inf. file

For those who want 1) only Realtek HD audio drivers in their result list and 2) no missing previous (and possibly future) drivers, such as 7982, may I suggest to use this link instead ?

MS may change the category name, Realtek may even change their company name, who knows, but they won't change their vendor code. It's the only thing that's defined by technical specification.
