Windows 10: My "Recents" show a search I didn't do

Discus and support My "Recents" show a search I didn't do in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I'm using Windows 11. Today when I opened my Start menu, I saw that under "Recents" was a search for "2 broke girls." I have never searched this...     My "Recents" show a search I didn't do


    I'm using Windows 11. Today when I opened my Start menu, I saw that under "Recents" was a search for "2 broke girls." I have never searched this before, nor even heard this phrase; apparently it's a TV show. This is my home computer, and no one else has access to it. Should I be concerned that a search is appearing that I didn't make? Is this a security problem? I ran a virus scan, and all that turned up was some spyware.

    Notification didn´t appear

    Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

    PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

    Taskbar Search Doesn't Show Recents

    When I go to the search icon in taskbar, right click to open pane, click on search, it only shows trending and masses of irrelevant crud. It used to show recent searches, making the box pretty empty, which was great. Now suddenly it has tons of useless suggestions. How do I make it go back to show recent searches, and nothing else? Thanks.

    Latest update now makes it so that pressing search shows suggested

    Welcome to Ten Forums. You can't make it exactly like it used to be, but you can turn off 'Suggested'. In Settings > Search turn on search history, suggestions will be replaced by a list of your recent searches, which you should find to be far more useful.
