My Redgear A17 is moving inverted and RGB Lights are turned of aswell.

Recently My Redgear A-17 started acting weird and is moving inverted. The Software known as "Redgear Garage" isn't even recognising it and saying "product id error" and the RGB lights are turned off aswell. I can't reset my mouse from the software whenever I click on "Reset" button it doesn't registers any click on that software. I don't know how to reset it without that software. Is there any way I can reset it from windows? If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks.

You can try uninstalling the mouse driver and Redgear Garage by following these steps:

Go to Start > Type “Device Manager” and hit enter > right click on your mouse driver like HID-compliant mouse or your Redgear A17 and select uninstall driver.

Now go to control panel through pressing Windows+R and type control.exe > Now click on the Programs and Feature > Find your Redgear Garage to uninstall it.

My marvo m313's movements are inverted

Yesterday I wanted to change my m313's rgb colours with the help of the marvo software, the m313 software doesn't work apparently so I've used the m399 and it worked perfectly ( also I've used before ), I didn't preferred the red light so I thought switching to blue would be great, so I did it, the the following error appeared " the mouse manufacturer or product id error ", if I press "ok" it doesn't let me click on anything like "lights" , "advanced", etc, my lights are turned off and my mouse movements are inverted. I tried EVERYTHING, deleting the drivers, reinstalling them, installing a new marvo software, putting display pointers on slow, installing sakasa which only helped partially. I've founded that a lot of RedGear A15 users dealt with this problem but I did not find a solution, so, please help. Thanks!
