Windows 10: My Redgear A17 is moving inverted and RGB Lights are turned of aswell.

Recently My Redgear A-17 started acting weird and is moving inverted. The Software known as "Redgear Garage" isn't even recognising it and saying "product id error" and the RGB lights are turned off aswell. I can't reset my mouse from the software whenever I click on "Reset" button it doesn't registers any click on that software. I don't know how to reset it without that software. Is there any way I can reset it from windows? If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks.

My redgear headset's not working

Hi,
I have a redgear headset and its not working the lights turn on but I can't find anything in the devices in settings I can't use it I got it as a present yet it wasn't delivered before so I didn't test it on my laptop I tried it on my iPad it worked I am using USB ports it came with USB ports and a headphone jack I tried them both and the headphone jack only got detected yet it didn't give me any sounds so pls anyone can tell me what's wrong and if possible first a solution for my USB as its better for me as there are RGB (Lights) and 3 access points. Still, if there's a fix for any one of them please tell me.

RGB case lighting & RGB strip not in sync?

Bought a prefab custom PC that came with case lights and an RGB strip on the bottom of the case, along with a remote. Both sets of lights aren't in sync when I strobe, flash, etc. Other times, I need to hit the power-on button on the remote twice just to get one or the other to turn on.

Is this a wiring issue? Also, is there a way to control the RGB lights through some sort of software?

In addition to allowing for different LED counts and unique accessories, the feature lets builders mix-and-match different components on a single channel, making installation easier and allowing lighting modes to be synchronized across channels.

HUE 2 products are seamlessly integrated into CAM, the free control and monitoring application from NZXT, making it easy for builders to select from a variety of lighting modes, including preset, system and custom modes.
