    One of my relatives, who is not very computer savvy, fell for a phishing scam the other day. She received an email telling her she would be charged for a year of Norton Anti-Virus unless she clicked a button labeled CANCEL. She clicked it. That took her to a website where she clicked another button labeled CANCEL.The next time she turned on her computer and tried to login, the login screen did not show her username. Instead it said "cancellation team". See screenshot below. She tried typing into her password, but it did not work.There does not appear to be a way to select her actual ac
