Windows 10: My resolution is messed up and zoom 500. Pls help!!!

My resolution was messed up after windows update i was trting to fix that like 2days but nothing worked and then i was so mad and i screen zoomed 500 nothing works i tried win key and - but dosnt work. In display setting it dosnt allpw me to scroll down and with tab it dosnt move down aswell

Screen zoom at 500 and cant change resolution

I cant change the resolution because the mouswhell doesnt work when i try and the icons are as big as my monitor need help im on windows 10 and tis happend after the latest update. I know where to change the resolution but i cant get there because the text
covers up the entire screen and scroll doesnt work (this pic is before the problem got to an even worse point) i accidentaly zoomed to 500 in the settings and win+- doesnt work either as 500 is the smallest zoom please help!

My screen resolution has zoomed in

I suggest you to check the resolution of your screen and make changes according to your requirements. To change screen resolution follow the steps below

• Go to your Desktop, right-click your mouse and go to Display Settings.
• A panel will open. Here you can adjust the size of text, apps, and other items and also change the orientation. To change the
  resolution settings, scroll down this window and click on
  Advanced Display Settings

1366 X 768 is the recommended screen resolution

• You can change it according to your requirements.

NOTE: Lower is the resolution, larger is the content displayed on your screen. From the available options in the drop-down menu, select the one you want and click Apply

• If it is not the optimal setting for your system, you will see an Optimal Resolution Notification
