Windows 10: My Roblox is crashing on browsers/ launcher but it works on microsoft version..?

When I run Roblox on chrome, it crashes after like 1~2 minute- I tried to solve this problem by resetting my pc and I also cleaned my laptop fan it had a lot of dust, updating drivers, etc but it didn't work and kept crashing. But, somehow the Microsoft version works well..? I am curious why I can't run Roblox on my browser or launcher but I can run it on Microsoft version.I mean I could use the Microsoft version- but it's just that I can't use shift lock on the Microsoft version

Roblox keeps crashing

So I downloaded roblox on Microsoft Store and launched it. But when it said checking for updates, it crashed immediately. Other apps work fine, except roblox. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

• Restart your phone.
• If the issue persists after restarting your phone, it only means that the default launcher is needed for any other launchers to work properly. Re-installing the default launcher should resolve the issue.

Once your Android phone is back on its default settings, re-install the Microsoft Launcher and your other apps.

Note: You can easily restore your Microsoft Launcher settings if you have performed a back up. To back up your Microsoft Launcher settings, please do the following:

1. Launch the Microsoft Launcher settings. (Tap and hold your phone's home screen and tap on the
   Launcher Settings.)
2. Tap Back up & Restore.
3. Tap Back up Microsoft Launcher option.
4. Confirm that the Back up to cloud storage option is selected.
5. Tap the Back up button.
6. Check the settings that you want to back up.
7. Tap the Back up now button.

You may restore your Microsoft Launcher back up after re-installing it.

If you can no longer re-install your phone's default launcher, please get in touch with its manufacturer for assistance on how you can reset it to its factory settings.

How can I open the roblox launcher without errors?

Hello, I am experiencing a problem on windows 10, which is that I can't open the roblox launcher, it says an error occured while starting roblox , details : HttpSendRequest failed , [https://cilentsettingscdn.roblox.com/v2/client-version/WindowsPlayer]. Error: The server name could not be resolve address code (0x80072ee7), I tried flush dns, reinstalling the launcher, restarting the pc, trying a different browser and turning off the antivirus, but still won't load.
