my router gets disconnects and unable to send internet to pc while watching youtube in smart tv. also i did changed in settings devmgmt.msc > network adapters power manager i turned off this . also i found something strange its my antivirus is quickheal while its being installed this was hindering my internet connection in pc i then uninstalled this again turned on smart tv > youtube , in pc i opened youtube and fb everything is working normally but im confused here should i change router or need to change something in settings

Harsh Lag and Disconnects Past Couple of Weeks

I just got disconnected from the Internet. I have pictures of the list and grid but am unable to upload from my PC until I get reconnected. The WiFi is also down. Modem is stuck on "Receive". Rebooted both modem and router to no avail.

Internet disconnection

I don't know why I have disconnection while using the Internet. Is it due to the ISP or the router or modem? The modem and router all have lights on. It disconnected for less than 30s then back on.
