Windows 10: my runmus headset is so loud

I recently got a new headset from Runmus. its version is x11 7.1 and at 1 volume it can get very loud! Can someone please help me i got a windows 10 i've tried to go to "sounds" right clicking volume button to go to sounds and go to playback but can't quite figure it out!also i am using intel cpu with amd gpu.

RUNMUS Model K11 headset not working with windoes 10

I'm currently working from home and the headset provided by my employer is starting to not work. I have a Runmus Model K11 gaming headset and when I try to plug it in to the computer. I have tried it with the USB port, with the 3.5 jack, with the 3.5 audio
voice adaptor, and with the USB and 3.5 jack. The mike will work but the speakers will not. Is there anything I can do to get it to work?

 

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Headset too loud

I have connected my headset. Sometimes when I change the Windows playback volume, it get loud in the headset.
