Windows 10: My Samsung phone cannot connect to my computer using Windows' native mobile connection

I cannot use the built-in mobile connection of win11 to connect to my Samsung phone. The software on the phone is built-in, not downloaded by myself. After connecting, it shows that it cannot connect to Android. The reason is: Unable to connect to your Android device because you are trying to access an application outside of China. We currently do not support roaming areas. The network I am currently using is Kenya, Africa. My phone is also a domestic phone purchased in China. I will stay here for a long time in the future. How can I solve this problem? Thank you

Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications. If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.

when I connect my (samsung) mobile phone to my W10 desktop PC I only see "MTP" device when looking to a device list.

On my laptop it comes in the drive list and I can access the phone. I seem to miss drivers.

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
  Connectivity > I cannot connect to the internet using a mobile data connection. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.
