Windows 10: My Samsung S24 Ultra has not connected to the Phone Link App

Discus and support My Samsung S24 Ultra has not connected to the Phone Link App in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Since Mar 31, maybe never because that around when I got this new phone I cannot see any messages later than that date.     My Samsung S24 Ultra has not connected to the Phone Link App


    Since Mar 31, maybe never because that around when I got this new phone I cannot see any messages later than that date. Phone and computer Bluetooth and WiFi both seem to indicate connection is there, but the Phone Link App indicates that the S24 is not detected. It raises the QR code, but after scanning, I get no response from the computer. The phone flashed a quick warning, but too fast for me to see what it's about. Resetting phone and rebooting computer make no difference.
