Windows 10: My saved PDF files changed to Chrome files. How can I convert them back to PDF?

My saved PDF files changed to Chrome files after an update to Windows 10. How can I convert them back to PDF? To access them I have to open the browser and it takes me to the website that I downloaded them from.

Converting to PDF?

My contracting business often gets ".pln" files which are basically plan files. Currently I use a program called NitroPDF to convert them all to PDF. The quality of the converted PDF is fairly poor. Could anyone recommend another program to convert to PDF? Adobe Acrobat doesn't do it sadly.

 

Converting PDF to AutoCAD DWG

I have two programs at my disposal that I've been using to convert PDFs into DWG files and things have been working nicely, PDF to DWG Convert and Print2Cad. I had 2 PDFs today that were not converting for some reason. These PDFs were smaller in file size, but still pretty clear so I'm not sure what the problem might be. If anyone would like to toy around with one I uploaded the PDF.

Converting PDFs to DWGs saves me worlds of time considering I'm not very good with AutoCAD. If I can't convert this file, I have to go into the stock DWG file we have here and manually make the changes from the PDF. If anyone could help me I would be hugely appreciative.

As for the actual problem, when I select the PDF to convert, it's convert them and creating a tiny 18KB DWG file with nothing in it. I'm not sure of the reason why, and how and if I can fix it.

 

is there a good .pdf to .xps converter?

I'd like to be able to put our manuals on our machines without having to install a pdf reader.
Currently, all the manuals are written to pdf files.

Is there a good way to convert a pdf to an xps file?
