Windows 10: my scans are not working

the scan in malwerebytes was succesfull but my normal deep scan and offline scan are facing the problem... whenever I try to run my deep scan or offline scan , the scan automaticaly stop and collapse when it hits at some 90-95% please help me find the problem and solve it as soon as possible. and i have seen my windows 32 bit powershell automatically opening at any time i am ready to remove any malicious software from my pc if it is causing the problemfew months ago i was trying to download some cracked files of games i was getting many command prompts code which were asking my allowence for

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this

link.

Scan and Fax not working in Windows 10

This issue might occur if printer driver is corrupt.

To assist you better, please provide us the information below:

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Are you getting any error message?
• When you say that "scan and fax not working", how exactly are you trying to scan and fax on Windows 10?

If you have tried to use Windows Scan and Fax app, then try to access it and check if you are able to scan documents.

1. Click on Search bar.

2. The type "Windows Fax and Scan" without the quotes in the search bar and click on it.

3. Try to scan the copies of documents.
