Windows 10: My screen arrow keeps freezing

Hey, I am Jennie from Ladhani Metal CorporationHello,I have a Windows 10 laptop. Sometimes my screen arrow freezes, and will not move. And the only way that I can fix it, is to turn off my computer. Is there any way to get the arrow moving again, without turning off my computer?Thank you.

By the way, screen arrow = "cursor".

As an immediate response to any repeated failure, you might be able to recover more conveniently by pressing
Ctrl-Alt-Delete
then just clicking on the Cancel button to get back into Windows.

Are you using an external mouse or your built-in touchpad?

I suggest, even without investigating fully, that you go to your computer maker's support site & update your hardware drivers & Bios.
If there is no updated display driver then reinstall the existing version - whilst there is no confirmatory test for it, I suspect that your problem might be caused by a corrupted display driver & either updating or reinstallation would fix any corruption.
