Windows 10: my screen baground turns black whenever i click on start menu

Hey Microsoft Community,I am sai neela i am new to microsoft community i have this issue from yesterday cannot find the exact issue need your helpSo here is what happendthe screen turns black whenever i click or do somethingi cannot even take a perfect snip

My home screen appears black with no start menu

If you can reach the sign-in screen, we recommend that you start your PC in safe mode from the sign-in screen.
Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. It can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC. Here are the steps:

• When you get to the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down while you select the Power
  icon > Restart.
• After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select
  Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
• After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 5 or
  F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

I suggest you to perform the below steps and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + I keys, select Personalization.
• Select Start and check if the Start menu screen is turned to Full screen mode.
• If the full screen is turned on, Turn off and check if the issue resolves.
