My screen goes darken whenever i restore it to original colors.

For those who still have the dim-screen issue on Windows 10 after following the suggestions above, we need to consider the following:

• The Graphic adapter driver should be updated.
• Monitor's color setting are configured correctly.
• Graphic card Control panel (Properties) is configured properly with the right amount of contrast, brightness, and Gamma level.

The Graphic adapter control panel can usually be accessed via right-click on the desktop, and clicking on your Graphic Card Control panel/Properties. From somewhere there (depending on which brand of GPU/Display adapter you have), you would want
to check the display\color settings section.

You can also grab assistance from your Graphic Adapter Manufacturer's support website on how you can modify the color settings of your GPU/Display adapter.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Intel Graphics Control Panel

Set Color saturation to -15

Apply, OK, Close

Open Windows Night Light

Turn On

Turn Off

Close

Open Intel Graphics Control Panel

Color saturation is back to 0
