Windows 10: My screen flashing when I'm watching youtube videos in full screen and playing games.

The screen does not keep flashing, only sometimes, I can never predict when it will happen. This has happened to me a few times while watching youtube full screen and playing different games. The hardware checked the service during the complaint and according to them, everything is operational, I also checked the temperatures myself and they were good. For 2 months when I had Linux mint and ubuntu I had no such problems, and I played almost the same games and watched youtube too, so I assume it's either some windows options or amd drivers to blame. Someone can help me, maybe there are some unofficial better drivers, or I need to disable an option.

BSOD crashes when playing games/watching Youtube fullscreen

You have mentioned that you are getting multiple blue screen errors when playing a game or when watching a video online in full screen. May we know if you are overclocking your device? If you are, we suggest that you disable the overclocking for your device.

KB3149135 and KB3163018 causing Youtube (or other videos) unable to play at full screen mode.

I tried your suggestion twice to uninstall the drivers and reinstalling it again, didnt work.

I also tried installing the update in clean boot, also didnt work.

I am sure it is not a browser issue. Here is my debug:

I went one step further.

Upon installing the 2 updates, I uninstalled security update KB3163018 only, and i was able to play full screen mode again. BUT, problem is Windows keeps forcing me to install KB3163018 every time!!! And when this KB3163018 is installed, my youtube can't
play full screen mode again. And I have to go programs feature to uninstall this update everyday! Please help address this issue. Thanks!
