Windows 10: My screen goes black with a cursor after login

My screen goes black with a cursor after login in Windows 11.I can get to the Task Manager and access the cmd line.I was able to fix it once by removing the most recent update although I dont remember exactly How I did it.I tried to reset through the SHIFT+Restart. That did not work.Maybe if I could go to settings from the command line but the prompts I found like ms-settings: do njot work.I cannot access Start or ExplorerI can sort of get to the explorer through the Browse function in Task Manager/New tasks.This seems to be a common problem after a recent Windows update. What is the fix?Than

Black screen no cursor or login

My Samsung laptop is technically switched on in the sense that it has power, however when I switch it on there is no login screen, no screen with the samsung logo, and no cursor. No matter how many buttons I press or how often I switch it on and off, it remains the same - black, power but nothing else. Any advice?

 

Screen goes black until login screen times out

I restarted my computer because it was running slowly, and when it restarted, I hit the space bar to go from my lockscreen to login to enter my password, but the screen goes black.

The cursor remains, and I can move it around, but I can't click anything.

When the login screen times out, it goes back to the lock screen and I can see that screen, and a brief second of the login screen. When I tried again to enter the login screen, the screen went black again, until the login timed out again.

I can't even try to restart in safe mode because I can't access the power options-- those are on the login screen where the screen is black and I can't interact.

I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is
