Windows 10: My screen is blurry and pixelated since i reinstalled windows

Its also in games and premiere pro, everything is pixelated. It´s on both monitors. I also dont think its a gpu problem since everything looked fine before reinstallingmy specs: rx 6700xt, ryzen 5 3600Things i have tried: Driver deinstalled and installed againchanging registerwin8dpiscaling, logpixelWindows reinstalled multiple times changed cables recalibrated display in settingperformance setting set to optimal and probably more stuff i dont remember anymore since its been trying to fix this for 10h+

I was using windows when I got BSOD and restarted the PC. Now the all the system fonts are pixelated. Even in Chrome the menu text is pixelated. The only fonts that are normal are the fonts in windows settings.

The error I receive doesn't seem to be connected with the blurriness that I've experienced. But the 2 screens that I had, said;

*SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (asmtxhci.sys)*

*PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA*

I have also tried the steps that you have listed to see if they would help, but unfortunately they did not fix the issue.

 

Blurry/Pixelated BSOD, Boot-Screen and Boot-Menu

Whenever I get a BSOD (doesn't happen often) the screen appears to be blurry and pixelated to the point where I can barely see what it says.

This isn't too much of an issue as it doesn't occur often, but I would like to know
why it's happening and what I can do to fix it.

I would also like to point out that whenever I start Windows, I see the Win10 Icon and the spinning dots, but they are also
*slightly* pixely (not as bad as the BSOD is). And as the boot-screen continues, my screen turns black for about 1-2 seconds. After the flash of darkness, It is only at this point that the Windows
Icon and the spinning dots become clear and HD. This also occurs a second time when I enter my password to log in. (Except there is no blurriness, just the flash) And another time it occurs when I enter the *Boot-Menu* (the screen that shows recovery options,
etc.) except there is no flash at all, only blurriness.

Any help on this topic is appreciated. Thanks.
