Windows 10: My screen is covered in code text

My screen is covered with code text, someone told me is CSS, I updated everything, even upgraded to windows 11, restarted, the problem is still there, sometimes it goes away after restarting but it comes back when I open a program

Error while updating windows

The error code in the screen capture is MS's generic way of saying "oops". The code has the following associated text:

8024AFFF WU_E_AU_UNEXPECTED An Automatic Updates error not covered by another WU_E_AU * code.

Run through the trouble shooting steps already suggested and let us know what happens.
