Windows 10: my screen is flickering black and white and random textures win 10 to win 11 to win 10...

Hello, I have a concern, my laptop just notified me that I can now update my software to windows 11, so I did, but after 4 days, I have noticed that my laptop just randomly flicks then I remembered that one of my relatives also had problem with windows 11 that ended up fixing her laptop to a technician that costs her a lot of money. So, I thought that I can downgrade again to windows 10 to avoid those problems but it's still flicks. May I ask for some help. I just need to figure out what the problem was that my screen keeps flickering despite downgrading to windows 10 again.I really need your

Win 10 boots...

I can't answer to the speed of Win-8 booting. I tried the Win-8 preview and went back to Win-7 after a month. They say that Win-8.1 is a lot better than Win-8 was.
My Win-10 TP is working well ATM.

 

Win 11 login prompt background black. Wants it to be white again.

Random, but when one of my users upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11, now the login prompt background is black. It is black by default, I believe, but this person wants the background to be white again (like it was in Win 10). I can't seem to find the setting for this/theme, etc. Can anyone help?
