Windows 10: my screen is glitching on windows 11

at seemingly random times, my screen gets a bit pixelated and then flashes from a black screen to the screen i was on. this strange visual glitch continues occurring until i reset my computer.1. how do i stop this2. whats going on

Display errors might have caused by an incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

  build number and version of your Windows?
• When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?
