Windows 10: My screen is stuck in 500% magnification mode, how can I make it normal if I can’t see...

My child’s computer screen went to a weird view so we were trying different options to get it back to regular viewing. We couldn’t figure it out so we tried the magnification setting to 500% and restarted it. Unfortunately we didn’t realize that when it reset, we wouldn’t be able to view anything because everything was so big. How do we get the magnification setting to reset if we can’t view anything on the screen because its all oversized.

Magnification

I can't get the magnification on my computer reduced from 200%. I have tried going to "settings," "ease of use" and turning off the magnification option, but the magnification option is still at 200%. Any other suggestions?

 

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

 

PC stuck in Safe mode, unable to boot to Normal mode.

• What error do you get when you try to boot in normal mode?
• Did you entered Safe mode through Windows Recovery Environment or through System Config?

I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it works:

• Press Windows key + R and type msconfig and hit enter.
  
• On the General tab, tap or click the Normal Startup option.
• On the Boot tab, uncheck all the option under Safe mode.
• Tap or click OK, when you are prompted to restart the computer, tap or click Restart.
