Windows 10: My screen is zoomed in and it is black and white how do i fix this

My screen is black and white and is zoomed in, all of the apps are big and only 3 things fit o no the taks bar and there is arrows to switch between the different things.

I suggest you to check whether Apply Color Filter is set off or on. It should be off.
