Windows 10: my screen just randomly goes black

Hi my question is that when i am playing a game or sometime other things like writing on a word doc my screen just randomly goes black and then my computer reset. My computer is a lenovo legion 5 so it is made for game and stuff i have looked everwhere to see what it is so some help is highly valued
