    Ok so first let me tell you what i already tried.Refreshing the screen, Doing a virus scan, Reinstalling the display adapters gtx1650 and Intel R UHD, Factory resetting the computer, Downgrading back to windows 10 form 11. After going to windows 10 the problem only got worst and after I log into my pc 80% of the time the computer screen will flicker and black out right away. Going into safe-mode however seems to fix the problem. I am able to access windows on the pc and i am asking this question on the pc that is having the flickering problem.Also certain actions seem to be more likely to ca

    Nothing worked thing is i flickers a bit then turns black on the computer screen but doesn't flicker or go black on the monitor also when i restarted my computer and got to the home page it went black again i tried the 2 videos im trying the steps below rn

    So, my device keeps flickering sometimes when It's play a game or just don't do anything on it for a while. When I am on it for a while it starts flickering like its glitching and goes black. The only way I can see my screen is using my monitor. on the monitor screen it doesn't flicker or go black or glitch. It's like it only happens on my laptop screen and not the monitor. Also, another problem I face is that when I hop on my computer it has this white border around the screen sometimes and I don't know why. It's not really bugging me that much, but it isn't normal. I've tried updating the driver, there aren't any when I look, and I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it and my screen still flickers and goes black. If anyone has any fixes that would really work, I would heavily appreciate it.

    Black Flashing Screen Problem Persists


    First allow me to apologize if using this incorrectly... windows 10 HP pavilion... have a flickering black screen on start-up that corrects itself then re-occurs at various times... there is a 1/4" white flickering line on top of black flickering screen and at times also on bottom of screen. Have had Windows 10 since first offered and have had no trouble until this began a week ago... I have read and read again all the self-help and honestly do not understand... I have most limited computer skill and called HP for help... would cost me 139. for online help...I am an old gal living on minimum set income and declined their offer. Hoping this forum will be able to help me. I would appreciate any simply explained step-by-step instructions on correcting this black screen flickering issue. Thank you for any consideration.
