Windows 10: My screen turns red coming out if Hires games, All text is red as well.

When playing civilization or any hires game my screen goes red and all text goes red. Have to uninstall all drives and video card then reboot. All driver are current and doesn't matter the video card. Started after MS update. Says every OK.

And the red screen? A red BSOD (RSOD?) *Confused Or is that just plain red with no text?

 

Red Screen crash whilst gaming.

*Doh Recently, in fact after an culmalative update by Microsoft, I started to get a red screen crash syndrome. Not come across this one before.
Some times game will play for a while. Other times it comes about more quickly.
My system works fine most of the time when not gaming. I was wondering if anyone had come across this themselves and knew of a cause for this Red Screen crash and consequently a solution.
It appears quite a number of people suffering from this problem, according to Google,however, cannot find a solution to work.

I have run sfc/scsnnow which tells me there are no problems/infractons that it can see.
Recently, after same update, I was having problems with 2 other games not launching corectly and was able to correct that by droppingthe present driver (tuning back) which solved that problem. However, this appears to be another ball game, so to speak. My setup is as follows:-

Red Text Issues on Olevia HDTV 1360x768

I've used two HDTV's as monitors and absolutely love it, the only issues I have is normal size red text, say the size of the lettering of this post, is very difficult to read and unclear. Any other color is fine which is weird to me. I actually got used to it as I'm not often exposed to small red text, the only thing that comes to mind is the "Yell" in World of Warcraft, but I changed the color to deal with it. Still, recently I've become curious what is causing this and if its something I can fix.

I initially had ghosting on both HDTV's, but I realize it was because I had Noise Reduction on. The second I turned that off I never had any ghosting issues again. I'm wondering if this red can be dealt with as well. Bolder and larger red text is easy to read, its just red text the size of this lettering. Is it the resolution, the brand, another issue? I've had two separate TVs with the same issue, I've used multiple HDMI-DVI cables. I was thinking of investing in a 1080p TV to game and browse at 1920x1080. I took a screen shot of another forum which has red text, to me its unreadable. I imagine looking at this file from another computer it'll look clear?
