Windows 10: My screen usage shows activity even when laptop is off

Hello. My laptop battery drains even when it’s switched off. The fast start up is off and in the battery usage it looks like the screen is always on as it gives me 1h of screen time every hour. I have done a factory reset already and all the updates.Thank you

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

laptop memory usage at 95% with no active processes!

Hey guys, a friend of mine has an HP 6735s laptop with no hardware changes. It's got vista basic on it and the thing takes like 5 minutes to turn on and the memory usage in the desktop is >90% w/ no active processes going on. I've tried running ultimate defrag on it but even after 12 hours it stays stuck in "preparing". Any suggestions? Would getting a 2gb ram stick help this issue of start up time or is it the hdd being too discombobulated?

Looking for help with laptop screen

It's quite easy to replace a screen, try to find a disassembly guide for the specific model of laptop so you have a step by step indication of where to take screws out and what clips to unclip. There might be some youtube videos as well. Always make sure the replacement screen is compatible as there can be different connectors.
