Windows 10: My screen wont wake after shut down.

My screen wont wake after shut down. I've tried windows+ctrl+shift+b, this works occasionally but not this time. I've hard reset and nothing still. Any ideas?

XP wont shut down

the system i built for my GF wont shut down its weird it just sits on the windows is now shutting down screen. anyway to fix this?

We suggest that you try the steps below, and check if the issue still persists:

• Press Windows key and type keyboard in.
• Click on Keyboard option and a pop-up windows should show up.
• From there, go to > Hardware tab > Properties >
  Change settings > Power management > Allow this device to wake the computer >
  OK/Apply.
