Windows 10: My screensaver wont kick in

Ok, I bought an OLED monitor, so i want to avoid burn in, so i enabled my screen saver after ages of not using it, since windows xp, but it wont start, if I restart my pc then ill kick in the first time, then it wont work again, i have it set up for 1 minute, i found out that "turn your screen off after 1 minute" does not work eitherI have tried everything but disconnect my peripherala which i wont do because it does not make sense to me that i have to disconnect my peripherals in order for it to work, i have read every thread, and watched every video, still nothing, any updates on this is

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.

what is preventing my screensaver from kicking on? windows 10

I have been researching for a while on how to fix my screensaver. I can turn it on by previewing and it stays on but it wont go on by itself even though it is set to.

powercfg /requests tells me:

I have tried everything from updating my network card driver to running multiple powercfg commands to try to disable it, and nothing seems to work, and nothing changes when running
powercfg /requests

I'm running out of things to try to get it to work. Anyone have any other suggestions?
